Cosa que justamente, han tratado y tratan permanentemente de hacer los imperialismos expoliadores, los neocolonialismos actuales a trav\u00e9s de las tra<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-weight: bold;\">n<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-weight: bold;\">sculturaciones dominantes para el <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-weight: bold;\">sometimiento<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-weight: bold;\"> de los pueblos y su <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-weight: bold;\">consiguiente<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-weight: bold;\"> explotaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt; text-align: justify; font-size: 14pt;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-weight: bold;\">Ser, es ser culturalmente. Y esto es v\u00e1lido tanto para <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-weight: bold;\">los hombres<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-weight: bold;\"> como para las c<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-weight: bold;\">o<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-weight: bold;\">m<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-weight: bold;\">u<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-weight: bold;\">nidades nacionales, porque un pueblo sin identidad <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-weight: bold;\">cultural<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-weight: bold;\"> no podr\u00e1 ser nunca <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-weight: bold;\">protagonista<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-weight: bold;\"> de la propia historia y, por ende, de la universal.
